A slew of LA chefs are part of a new ABC show called Time Machine Chef. Chris Cosentino (PIGG), Art Smith, Ilan Hall (The Gorbals), and Jill Davie (Venice Beach Wines) will compete to cook meals from various historical eras using only ingredients and tools available during that time period. Judging the plates are Nancy Silverton (Mozza), Dave Arnold (Booker and Dax - NYC), and Silvena Rowe (Quince - London). [-EN-]
