Dinner takes place August 20 and costs $150 a head. This is the menu: Santa Barbara prawn with white corn and Thai curry; zucchini and basil risotto; loup de mer with braised little gems, applewood smoked bacon and Bordelaise sauce; roasted ribeye cap with charred eggplant, tomato confit and crispy savoy spinach; and summer berry tiramisu.
