Over the past couple years LA has been inundated with small plate pubby places focused on serving universally-inspired quality fare and crafty beer in gritty, hip environs. It's safe to say the gastropub trend has more than hit critical mass, and will soon be as played out as reclaimed wood and Edison bulbs. Which bedeck many of these establishments. Hit the comments with thoughts and next week we'll compile a map with your suggestions.
