Iconic greasy spoon Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘n Waffles will open its first Orange County location within the former Chubby’s Diner space (2110 S. Harbor Blvd.) in Anaheim. At 5,000 square feet, this will serve as Roscoe’s largest location, to be themed after a Southern plantation. Once building permits are secured, Roscoe’s should open in about three months. [OCR]
