It's been a roller coaster of a ride for meat-free mecca Fatty's in Eagle Rock. Back in January 2011 owners Kim Dingle and Aude Charles shuttered the eatery for what they termed a "Creative Hiatus," then seven months later the restaurant resurfaced as a pop-up concept, Charlie Puffer at Fatty's. AND THEN last September Fatty's morphed back to its former self minus Charlie Puffer, but clearly more changes to come since Fatty's is now for sale. The asking price is $2.4 million for a 3,000 square foot dining space plus 2,000 square feet of office room. Furniture and equipment are included in the sale and the eatery comes with a 41 wine and beer license. Boom. Contact this girl to play.
