What happens when you decide to open a restaurant in a foreign city, only to discover that the eatery's name you've selected already exists? Just add a "Co" on there and call it a day. And that's exactly what has happened with Charlie and Nat Sukitjavanich's Oishi, or, now named Co-Oishi, the new 5,600 square foot Japanese restaurant and sushi concept, based in Florida, opening at the Hollywood & Highland Center this fall. En route, a 30-foot long sushi bar, habachi grill, and shabu-shabu tables, all designed by spacecraft.
