Police did finally arrest Manny Castro, the artist who painted "Tastes like hate" on a Torrance Chick-fil-A. Authorities took Castro into custody Wednesday night, he was booked on "suspicion of vandalism," but was released three hours later after posting $20,000 bail. [LAist, previously]
