Ryan Sweeney Plus Crew Working on a Whiskey Bar in Pas

Remember the short lived Dish Bistro on Union Street in Old Town Pasadena? Well, beer master Ryan Sweeney of Verdugo, The Surly Goat, Little Bear, and Sunset's looming Gaucho Chicken Cafe is opening a whiskey bar — not based around mixology, says Ryan — called Union Street Bar & Grill in the former Dish Bistro home.
