Last Thursday, Eater and special guest Marcel Vigneron alighted at Horizon Media in Century City for part two of our Test Kitchen doubleheader. The Top Chef alum prepared a delicious summer-appropriate menu of tomato and watermelon gazpacho with arctic char and BBQ ribs with homemade Buffalo Trace BBQ sauce and cole slaw. And of course, plenty of booze abounded—a steady stream of Buffalo Trace cocktails kept the party going. A huge thanks to the chef, Buffalo Trace, DJ Lindsay Luv, as well as the good people at Horizon, who were celebrating their one-year anniversary in their stunning new offices.
