Chef Casey Lane is having a moment. After building a steady following at The Tasting Kitchen, he recently launched The Parish, and in an interview with Food Republic, he discloses that his next project, Itri, should open "first week to mid-October." On the subject of further expansion Lane explains that he "absolutely" would open additional restaurants, however he adds, "I'm going to take two years, though, after these three get open and really make sure I give them the same footing and same foundation that the Tasting Kitchen got."
