Greenspan's Grilled Cheese on Track for Nov Launch

In 2008 The Foundry chef Eric Greenspan won LA's Grilled Cheese Invitational with his short rib and Taleggio creation. The following year he revealed plans to open a grilled cheese cafe adjacent to his Melrose eatery, and here now over two and a half years and countless updates later, the place has still yet to launch. However, although that Spacecraft ply looks unchanged, last night Greenspan finally shared a cheesey update.
