'Lette Macarons Finds Home in Japanese Village Plaza

What started out as Paulette, a small Beverly Hills macaron operation, has over the past five years matured into a full scale fancy French cookie production with a shortened name, 'Lette, and outposts on Larchmont, in Pasadena, and most recently in Newport Beach. Brigham Yen notices that the Downtown shop is in the process of relocating from the Little Tokyo Galleria to Japanese Village Plaza and should open in the next few months. The new space is currently under construction.
