Chef Alex Reznik hightailed it out just in time. La Seine, La Cienega's year and a half old Kosher restaurant, has shuttered. The space was simply too large to sustain such an eatery in this nabe. Management plans to open a sushi spot elsewhere in town. Meanwhile, the venue is currently influx to become a new bar. Taking a quick look back, the space has morphed from The Lodge to Hakobe, and then to La Seine. Four years, four concepts. Hopefully this one will stick. [ELA]
