Early last month, Eagle Rock vegetarian restaurant Fatty's, which suffered many clearly unsuccessful iterations over the years, landed on the market with an asking price of 2.4 million. The sale included (and still includes) 3,000 square feet of dining space plus 2,000 square feet of office room, plus all furniture, equipment and a 41 beer/wine license. Pretty much a whole hog deal. Anyway, it's now a month later and nobody is biting. Looks like Fatty's owners Kim Dingle and Aude Charles want to get this puppy off their hands because they've relisted the property at 2.4 million or BEST OFFER. How much would you pay for this place?
