Chef Kris Tominaga, one half of the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing temporary dining engagement which shacked up for half the year inside Capri on Abbot Kinney in Venice, reveals the lauded pop-up's fate. Tominaga plus chef/partner Brian Dunsmoor have teamed up with Avi Brosh, owner of newish too cool for school Palihotel, to launch permanent dining operation The Hart and the Hunter (bye bye WiSC) within the boutique West Hollywood property at the end of August. They're most definitely continuing the whole rustic country small plates with Southern influences style of food. So, this just means that all you Venice folk who hit WiSC on the regular now have to drive partly across town for that grub.
