If you're in the Santa Monica vicinity looking for a decent drink, take note that Aidan Demarest of Neat in Glendale has reworked the cocktail program over at the Casa del Mar. His proper title is "lead mixologist" and with his guidance the hotel has launched a new farmers market drinks program, served Tuesday through Friday from 6 to 11 p.m. in the Lobby Lounge.
