Orange County's The Lime Truck, a New American menu on wheels, is opening a brick-and-mortar outpost in Westwood next month, reports the OC Weekly. TLT Food, as it will be called, will have a full kitchen. According to chef Daniel Shemtob "Seventy-five percent of the menu will be stagnant and 25-percent will be rotating." [OCW]
