Just across the street from the old Oak Fire Pizzeria & Pub which, on October 1, will open as Fatty's Public House, sits another change of operation. Greg Morris' shuttered Spanish Kitchen is destined to become Hutchinson, per an ABC license which was posted yesterday to the restaurant's door.
