R.O.C. Star Dumplings and More Opening on Sawtelle

What's the one staple Asian food missing from Sawtelle? Dumplings! That newish mixed use building at the corner of Sawtelle and Mississippi has spawned a slew of better dining operations from Tsujita to NongLa, Blockheads to the just opened Clusi Batusi. Still to come is Seoul Sausage and claiming the last vacant storefront right next to Clusi Batusi is R.O.C. Star or Republic Of China Star, a dumpling concept.
