Nearly two years since it was first announced, Le Ka finally opened its downtown doors September 10, offering up a California American menu wherein Tuscan kale salad is served alongside skate with oxtail ragu and pork belly with congee. A few Asian influences, yes indeed, though not surprising since this is a project by Michael Kwan of Wockano. There's a mostly California beer list in place, in addition to the now requisite craft cocktail list and wines from near and far.
