Curbed hears via Page Six that actress Anjelica Huston's Venice pad, aka The Fortress, has been sold for $12 million to Venice Social Club Holdings. The intent is to rebrand the home into a members-only club "that honors Venice's unique legacy." The space supposedly will come with "a farm-to-table restaurant, gallery, screening room and cultural programing," plus "gourmet bathing activities" that include "seltzer-water tastings."
