A somewhat random move for a lobster location, but relatively new mobile crustacean slinger Cousins Maine Lobster, founded by cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, settled down last Friday inside Pasadena's LIVE MIXX night lounge with its first post and beam operation. While it still looks like a place to get your drink on, there are a few tables up front for proper dining. Cousins Maine touts lobster meat shipped daily from Maine used in lobster rolls, lobster tacos, even lobster ice cream. Right now hours of operation run Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
