As of today Scott Linquist is the new executive chef at Border Grill Downtown. While he most recently took on Mucho Ultima in Manhattan Beach, and before that served as corporate executive chef for Dos Caminos, almost 20 years ago he worked at Border Grill in Santa Monica, so his career has come full circle, in a way. In addition to running the kitchen at Border Grill Downtown, Linquist will also oversee catering and food truck operations. [EaterWire]
