Named for a Korean actor who has an uncanny resemblance to current pop music icon Psy (known for Gangnam Style), the hours-long wait for Kang Ho Dong is worth it. G-Sny riffs off the perfect boneless pork rib, dwaeji galbi, though those looking for some variety cuts might not get their fill. [SI]
