Seasons 52, the fresh grill and wine-bar eatery that takes a more seasonal approach to large scale dining, is looking to open a branch in the heart of Santa Monica, with an opening scheduled for Spring 2013.
The chain combines a more health-centric with calorie limits on each dish and fresh produce that goes against most other chains in this segment. Similar to the high-end steakhouse Fleming's, Seasons 52 has staff Master Sommelier George Milliotes that offers up to 52 wines by the glass and a diverse collection of international wines.
With landmark locations such as Century City and Santa Monica's Promenade, along with an operating location at Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza, it'll be a matter of time before Seasons 52 becomes a significant part of the LA dining scene. First up is Century City's branch opening on November 12, then the San Diego branch that plans to open November 19 at the Westfield UTC nearby UC San Diego.
