The Bistro On Pico Serves 'California Fusion'

Owners Nino Rogers, Nicole Vickers, and Mark Bryan have partnered with former Warner Brothers Studios' executive chef Clive Jackson to open The Bistro on Pico earlier this month. Pico's newest dinner and weekend brunch spot is also supported by neighbor Herb Hudson of the famed Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. The menu includes a wide range of American-style cuisine, including roast beef sliders, jerk chicken wings, buttermilk fried chicken, cedar plank roasted salmon, kebabs, burgers, steaks and pasta (with gluten-free options available). Pineapple upside down cake comes in either vanilla or chocolate.
