For months chef Gary Menes installed his temporary dining engagement Le Comptoir at Tiara Cafe, until Starry Kitchen recently took over the locale. Santos Uy, owner of Mignon and Papilles, relays news that Menes will next land Le Comptoir at Mignon on 6th Street, Monday and Tuesday nights starting September 10, "probably" until the end of October.
