Hey, remember Charcoal by the ArcLight on Sunset Boulevard which became BoHo? Until BoHo relocated to the Hollywood & Highland complex, that is. Guess who has snapped up that long empty BoHo space? None other than Lettuce Entertain You with a concept they're calling Stella & Vine. LEY also operates the popular neighborhood pizza and salad place Stella Rosa in Santa Monica, and simply based on names alone, it seems like this new Hollywood eatery will have some relation to the Santa Monica spot. Which is a good thing because chef Jeff Mahin crafts a pretty stellar pizza pie.
