On February 2, from 5 to 11 p.m., much loved former Library Bar honcho Matt Biancaniello, known for his imaginative bespoke cocktails, is teaming up with Scoops Westside for a collaborate pop-up featuring alcoholic ice creams. Biancaniello is transforming some of this popular cocktails into ice cream as such: Candy cap mushroom bourbon with organic walnuts with homemade Nocino foam; Inside out affogato, Intelligentsia coffee infused Cynar served with warm homemade vanilla milk; stinging nettle infused St. Germain sorbet with pummelo infused St. Germain air on top; and a tbd birch liqueur creation.
