The renovation of Hideaway, the restaurant located within Santa Monica's Oceana Beach Club Hotel, into Tower 8 is now complete. Sporting a contemporary new look with a white and blue color palette, the restaurant soft opened last week serving a new coastal California menu devised by Melisee chef and owner, Josiah Citrin. On offer, everything from panini to maitake mushroom tempura to housemade ravioli.
