Chi SPACCA, the forthcoming dining place from the Mozza crew, is moving right along with chef Chad Colby, progenitor of Mozza's Salumi Bar, heading food stuffs. While the menu will certainly showcase Colby's award winning charcuterie, other tba Italian plates will be served as well. Right now chi SPACCA, which is replacing Mozza's Scuola di Pizza, is only licensed to serve alcohol until 11 p.m., therefore the eatery will offer just two seatings of 30 seats per night, Monday through Friday, at around 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Management is hopefully to extend the liquor license in the future. Anticipate 10 wines on offer daily, with a list that changes on the regular.
