Mr. Chow Vet Replacing Fraiche with High End Chinese

New, 10 comments

Wasting no time at all, chef Lee Yang is moving into the recently shuttered Fraiche in Santa Monica, brining some version of haute Chinese cuisine to the nabe. Per window signage, Peking duck will be involved in the "high-grade ... mainly Chinese" menu. Also per window signage, the space is currently "decorating" and will reopen in March. WHO is Lee Yang? The very un-Googleable chef is actually a Mr.Chow alum. He has served as executive chef of the Beverly Hill branch, in addition to a few others, and now is translating that experience into his own dining adventure. Right now the eatery is hiring all positions.
