SQIRL Serves Seven Days; Low Ratings for The Taste

SILVER LAKE— Pricey preserve purveyor, SQIRL has been selling a limited menu of jam-based snacks out of a "sort-of cafe" in Silver Lake six days a week. Due to popular demand, the shop will extend their hours and days of operation. Beginning on February 13, the cafe will be open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. [EaterWire]

TV LAND— Eater National notes that the second episode of The Taste, which aired last night, saw some sad ratings.
