Mishima, an easy-to-overlook Japanese restaurant on the busy corner of West 3rd and La Cienega, will close its doors next Monday, reports the LA Weekly. The restaurant, popular for its tofu salad and $1 Kirin Draft since it opened in 1993, will transform into Takamaru, a similar concept with more fresh fish on the menu. [LAW]
