DOWNTOWN— Chef Bryant Ng is now serving a fusion Southeast Asian brunch at The Spice Table. Think beef rendang hash and eggs, crab wonton noodle soup, and biscuits with lamb bacon gravy. JAPAN—Kiyoshi Kimura, a businessman who owns the Sushi Zanmai chain of restaurants in Japan, has once again set the record for purchasing the most expensive bluefin tuna ever.
