UMAMIcatessen debuted just under a year ago with six micro dining and drinking concepts that defined the restaurant as a whole. Since then one has dropped out. Spring for Coffee is no longer brewing at UMAMIcatessen, yet its La Marzocco Strada espresso machine remains in place, collecting dust. Right now only drip coffee is available and PR says, "We don't know what's going to replace it yet, but we're in the process of developing new ideas now." [EaterWire]
