Here's Lemonade founder Alan Jackson's first cookbook, The Lemonade Cookbook, a collection of California comfort dishes from LA's popular modern cafeteria chainlet. Co-authored by producer JoAnn Cianciulli and with photography from Victoria Pearson, the book contains simple, seasonal recipes heavy on veggie preps for a clean lunch or dinner. There's also a section dedicated to desserts, and, of course, lemonade. The Lemonade Cookbook from St. Martin's Press comes out October 29 (pre-order on Amazon); take a peek inside below.
