Kolache, small Czech cakes, are apparently a thing, and now SoCal has a dedicated Czech bakery in Tustin. Texas-based chain Kolache Factory introduced its sweet and savory baked goods to OC last Tuesday, and aside from kolache one will also find strudel and savory stuffed rolls (buchty in Czech). Those less apt to drive to Tustin can also place a delivery order online. [OCW]
