LA has a fresh batch of breweries, and there's only more to come, says Food GPS. In addition to the newly minted Federal Brewing in El Monte and Timeless Pints in Lakewood comes Highland Park Brewery (next to Hermosillo Bar in Highland Park) and Downtown's Boomtown Brewing, a 17,000 square-foot facility from Charles Lew and Alex Kagianaris of Stout, opening early next year.
