TV Chef Jeffrey Saad Launching La Ventura in Studio City

Jeffrey Saad is the chef that came in second place on Food Network's The Next Food Network Star in 2009 and he hosts a show on Cooking Channel called United Tastes of America. And, no stranger to the restaurant space — having been a part of restaurants up north — Saad is opening La Ventura in place of Out Take Bistro on Ventura, not too far from the forthcoming Joan's on Third.
