Here's The A.O.C Cookbook, a collection of recipes from chef Suzanne Goin, with wine notes by partner Caroline Styne, from Los Angeles' most iconic small plate wine bar. The book contains a mix of tapas-style and share plate recipes, and each is paired with a wine selected by Styne. Many of Goin's signature A.O.C. dishes are covered, such as her bacon-wrapped dates with Parmesan and her lamb meatballs. She also includes S'Mores with Caramel Popcorn for dessert. The A.O.C. Cookbook comes out from Alfred A Knopf on October 29 (pre-order on Amazon); take a peek inside below.
