Cafecito Organico's widespread growth looks to have hit a slight speedbump, having sold its second location on Heliotrope to former employees, who promptly renamed it The Helio Cafe. Hardcore fans of the local shop don't seem to mind the switch, lauding the excellent service.

The interior and layout hasn't changed much, but there is a new menu item of note: Vietnamese coffee, which can be hot or iced. Espresso drinks, drip coffee, and cold brew are still in place. However, the roaster lineup is in flux, with known companies like Heart (Portland) and Ritual (San Francisco) making appearances, though Cafecito Organico's local roast is still in the rotation.

Cafecito still has shops in Burbank, Costa Mesa, Malibu, and nearby on Hoover, as well as a pop up at RAC Design Build's rear patio. Hours are still the same, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed on Sundays.
