1) Santa Monica: Chef David Kinch of two Michelin starred Manresa in Los Gatos hits the Rustic Canyon kitchen on November 11. Kinch is in town to promote his first book of cookery, Manresa: An Edible Reflection, and he plus Rustic chef Jeremy Fox will together prepare five courses for $95. 2) Beverly Hills: In addition to that book signing at Monsieur Marcel, Brooklyn-based master chocolatiers the Mast Brothers are hosting a chocolate flavored dinner at Bouchon on October 27.
