And while the restaurant will shave fresh white truffles a la carte over dishes like beef tartare (+$60) and squab breast (+$110) plus offer a $195 tasting menu, guests also have the option to B.Y.O.T. or Bring Your Own Truffle and staff will shave your truffle over dishes for a $30 supplemental charge.
