Eagle Rock's popular ingredient-driven sandwich/salad place Four Cafe is expanding after thee years of business. Chef/owner Michelle Wilton is breaking down the restaurant's back wall to add 28 seats and install solar tubes (like small sky lights). The transformation should be complete in two weeks, meanwhile in about 10 days Wilton will introduce locally sourced craft beer, wine, and possibly some ciders. [EaterWire]
