Chef Tim Goodell of Public and 25 Degrees in the Roosevelt hotel is opening two restaurants in Snowmass Village come December. Ricard Brasserie and Liquor Bar will serve a French menu, meanwhile Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food, as its name suggests, will function as a casual Southeast Asian eatery.
