Heads up for anyone traveling to Colorado over the holidays. Chef Tim Goodell of Public and 25 Degrees in the Roosevelt hotel is opening two restaurants in Snowmass Village come December. Ricard Brasserie and Liquor Bar will serve a French menu, meanwhile Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food, as its name suggests, will function as a casual Southeast Asian eatery. Executive chef Jeff Armstrong (Red Pearl Kitchen, Whist at the Viceroy) is heading up both kitchens. [EaterWire]
