The Amalur Project — that modern Spanish pop-up by chefs Sergio Perera, Jacob Kear, and Steve Monnier — is back. While the last installment transpired within Cortez, the next round of pretty plates will be arranged in a catering kitchen at 923 W. Jefferson Blvd. The meal costs $100/head for eight courses and diners will eat at prep tables. Two seatings per night (6:30 and 8:30 p.m.) of 15 people are offered on the following nights: November 1 (sold out), 2 (sold out), 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23. Guests can BYO but there will be cocktails plus beer/wine onsite. [ELA]
