The Bloc is a new mixed use destination Downtown that is promoting itself via a series of pop-ups. On Wednesday Milk Jar Cookies will land at 5900 Wilshire, with Cognoscenti Coffe arriving on Thursday, to sell cookies and coffee through November 1.
