Paolo Cesaro and chef Antonio Mure are the men behind cozy upscale Italian restaurant Ado on Main Street in Venice and the slightly newer and more affordable Casa Ado in Marina del Rey. They're next expanding the Italian Ado brand to Brentwood with Adoteca, in escrow to replace Osteria Latini on San Vicente at Barrington. No word on specific details just yet. [EaterWire]
