What's up with Curtis Stone and his first ever restaurant, which lands at 212 South Beverly Dr. in Beverly Hills? Stone tells The Daily Meal he's looking to open in January (not October/November) with just 29 seats. Also, "there will be seven or eight chefs on board creating seasonal farm-to-table tasting plates" and "[e]ach month, we'll focus on and celebrate one main, seasonal ingredient and work this ingredient into the entire degustation."
